Rainbow Fondant Cupcake Cups for St. Patrick's Day, Earth Day or any day


The vibrantly colored cupcake cups are completely edible and are made from marshmallow fondant. I created these for Tablespoon.com. You can find the recipe and step-by-step tutorial at Rock UR Party, here. They are the perfect sweet treat for St. Patrick's Day.

You may have noticed that I have moved onto Easter projects here at Hungry Happenings. With Easter being in three weeks, I need plenty of time to get my recipes posted. I do have one more St. Patrick's Day project that will be posted on Tablespoon.com soon. I'll let you know as soon as it's available.
